- Kite sizes, materials, and accessories are provided as per approved and legal government standards.
- All products are sold for lawful and responsible use only.
3. Orders & Payments
- A 50% advance payment is mandatory for order confirmation.
- Orders are confirmed only after payment verification and the issuance of a QR-code generated invoice.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice, especially during seasonal demand peaks.
- Pecha Point does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) during the Basant season.
4. Order Confirmation & Office Visits
- Only customers who place orders through the website are allowed to visit our physical office.
- Office visits before 1st February are allowed only for customers with confirmed website orders.
- Walk-in orders without prior online booking are not entertained.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Once an order is confirmed, cancellations are not allowed.
- Advance payments are non-refundable, except in cases where the order cannot be fulfilled due to an error directly from Pecha Point.

6. Delivery & Pickup
- Delivery and pickup schedules will be shared after your order is confirmed.
- Pecha Point is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier services
- Weather conditions
- Government regulations
- Unforeseen circumstances
- Such delays do not qualify for refunds.
7. QR Code Compliance
- All materials sold by Pecha Point carry official QR codes as per Punjab regulations.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring products are used only in compliance with local laws.
- Misuse, duplication, or tampering with the official QR codes is strictly prohibited.
8. Safety Disclaimer
- Kite flying involves inherent risks.
- Pecha Point is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the improper or unsafe use of our products.
- Customers are strictly advised to follow all safety guidelines and legal requirements while flying kites.
9. Intellectual Property
