At Pecha Point, all orders are prepared specifically for the Basant season and involve advance planning, material reservation, and compliance labeling. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Advance Payment Policy
- A 50% advance payment is required to confirm any order.
- Orders are confirmed only after payment verification and the issuance of an official QR-code generated invoice.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Order cancellations are NOT allowed once the order is confirmed and processed.
- Due to limited stock and seasonal demand, advance payments are non-refundable.
3. Refund Policy
- No refunds are offered on:
- Advance payments.
- Customized or bulk Basant packages.
- Festival-related items purchased for the Basant season.
- Refunds will be considered only if:
- The order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability from our side, or
- A wrong item is delivered due to an error directly from Pecha Point.
- In such valid cases, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
4. Damaged or Missing Items
- Customers must inspect items at the time of delivery or pickup.
- Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photos or videos as proof.
- Claims submitted after the 24-hour window will not be entertained.
5. Delivery Delays
- Pecha Point is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Government restrictions
- Courier service issues
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
- Please note that such delays do not qualify for refunds.
6. Important Notes
- Product designs, prints, and colors may vary based on market availability.
- Kite flying involves inherent risk; customers are strictly responsible for the safe and lawful use of all products.
- Pecha Point reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
